The Chief Clarence Dickson Police College is accepting student applications for the current and future Police Academy Class schedule of the Independent Program for Police Officer on a full-time or part-time basis. We also offer programs for Equivalency of Training (EOT), Crossover of Law Enforcement Officer (COLE), Public Service Aide (PSA), Auxiliary Police Officer Program, etc.
To be eligible for the Law Enforcement Program, Applicant must:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Be a United States Citizen
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have no felony or misdemeanor convictions involving prejury, false statements or moral turpitude
- Have been honorably discharged from military service (if applicable)
- Have a valid State of Florida Driver's License
